Perch Wine Co., Zinfandel, 2020
Fox Creek Vineyard | Amador County, CA
In 2016 Adam Saake worked his first harvest as an intern in El Dorado County where he began his path to make wine under his own label. He sought out hands-on experience throughout the world of wine, exploring and working in New Zealand, Chile and California’s Central Coast. His efforts led him back to his Northern California
roots where he fell in love with the rich history of grape growing in Amador County. Surrounded by old-vines, the potential for greatness and the push of a Global
Pandemic - Adam solely launched his wine label, Perch Wine Co. Adam invited us into the custom crush winery that he modestly crafts his wines at in Lodi and shared his current releases with us. We couldn’t be prouder to now share them with you.
Tasting Notes: Classic Zin with a bright and exciting lift and pep in its step. Medium-Bodied with notes of cardamom, white pepper and mixed berry compote.
