DELIVERY SCHEDULE 

We'd like you think of us as your neighborhood wine shop. Literally. Let us bring your wine home to you!

We offer local hand-delivery 3 days a week:

MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY 

Orders placed by 3p - same day delivery. 

Orders placed after 3p - We will deliver your wines our next scheduled delivery day. 

Delivery will be from the hours of 3p-7p. We will coordinate with you via text/email to schedule your most ideal time. 

If you reallllly need/want your wine and it fits outside of our schedule please reach out and we'll see what we can do! 

-Local orders $45+ receive free delivery.
-$8.00 delivery fee for orders less than $45.00 - Waived if you are a Scout Subscriber with a secret password. 
-If you have specific delivery instructions please leave a note at checkout.

We weren't home for our delivery. What now? If you were unable to accept your delivery, you should find a note on your door with a rescheduled date & time. We will also shoot you over a text message. Communication is key, and we are here to get your wine to you! 

SHIPPING POLICY

We'd love to send wine to your neighborhood so long as you live in California but keep in mind shipping wine(anything,really) due to Covid-19 has surged fees that we unfortunately can't hide from. Remember a grown-up 21 or older must be home to sign for the wine.  

  • Minimum order of $25.00 to qualify for shipping 
  • Orders $25.00->$199.00 // $25.00 Shipping Fee 
  • Orders $200.00+ //  FREE Shipping. Yup. 

RETURN POLICY

Hmm, this wine smells like a wet cork board (or another wine flaw...) Wine is alive so a flaw may happen here and there. We can assure you it wont cause you any harm other than maybe your taste buds feelings. Open product cannot be returned but in order to review for a credit or a replacement bottle, put a cork in it and save us the bottle.  

Nothing seems to be wrong but I do not care for this wine...If the wine is sound but just not your particular style, we have to chalk this up to wine being an experience and will not offer a refund or exchange. There is plenty of delicious wine out there and we hope to win you over next time. 

Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged for a replacement or credit.

Once your wine arrives safely to you, we cannot replace a broken bottle. 

  • Please note delivery time of a replacement bottle is not guaranteed to be immediate, but we will do our best!
