Based out of Sonoma's Dry Creek Valley, The Setting is a winery owned by friends Jeff Cova and Noah McMahon and winemaker Jesse Katz. Jesse has made wine in some of the wine worlds most impressive regions at some of the most notable, celebrated estates. This gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignon is silky, rich and beautifully layered. Delicate floral notes, red cherry, ripe plum and dried herbs.
